• Full name, phone number and email address
• Documentation to show responsibility for the property has changed
Please contact us on webchat to give us 28 days notice of your intention to move. You will then need to contact us the day after your move with the details we need to process this:
• Final meter reading
• Forwarding or correspondence address
• New occupier name, phone number and email address
• Documentation to show responsibility for the property has changed
